Built for Agencies

Attribution software for agencies: report on revenue your client already believes

The hardest part of an agency report is not building it. It is defending it, in a meeting, against a client looking at their own CRM. Attribi takes the outcomes out of that CRM, ties them to the campaigns you ran, and reports the result, so the number you present and the number they check are the same number. Below, plainly, is what it does not do, because two of those things are the first questions most agencies ask.

What breaks in agencies

Your report and the client CRM disagree, and the CRM wins

You present platform-reported conversions. They open their pipeline. The two numbers differ, sometimes by a lot, and the conversation stops being about performance and starts being about whether your reporting can be trusted. You are right about the media and losing the meeting anyway, because you brought the number that is easier to argue with.

Reporting is manual work that scales linearly with clients

Every month, per client: export the platforms, export or ask for the CRM data, match on email, rebuild the deck. It is the least valuable hour in the agency and it is the one that grows fastest as you win business. It is also the one most likely to be done wrong at 11pm on a deadline.

Client churn takes the evidence with it

The proof that you produced revenue lives in a tool you own, keyed to accounts you connected. When a client leaves, the case study leaves with them, and when a prospect asks what you did for a comparable account you are back to platform screenshots.

The media buyer never sees the outcome, only the cost

The person actually running the account optimizes toward whatever they can see in the platform. If closed-won revenue only appears in a monthly deck that goes to the client, it never reaches the person whose decisions it should change, and the account keeps being optimized on form fills because that is what is on the screen.

What Attribi does about it

One workspace per client, with real roles

Each client is a separate workspace: its own tracking, its own connected ad and CRM accounts, its own data, and no path between them. You can hold the owner seat and give the client a viewer seat, or be invited into a workspace the client owns so that nothing of theirs sits under your account. Team members are invited per workspace with owner, admin, editor or viewer roles, so a junior buyer can be given one account and not the rest.

The source of truth is the client CRM, not our tracking

A lead becomes qualified when their CRM says so and a deal is won when their CRM says so. Attribi reads those transitions from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and the rest, and reports cost per qualified lead and cost per deal by campaign. That is what makes the report defensible: you are not asking the client to accept a new set of conversion counts, you are restating their own pipeline by source.

Your media buyer gets the outcome, not just the deck

Qualified leads and closed deals are uploaded into the client ad accounts as conversions with revenue attached, so the person in the platform can see which campaigns produced deals without waiting for a report. Whether the account then bids toward those outcomes is a deliberate decision someone makes, not something that happens because the data arrived.

Recommendations can be sent to you as well as the client

Funnel graduation notifications carry a CC list per workspace, built for exactly this: the media buyer or the agency lead is copied on every recommendation, so the person who would act on it hears about it at the same time as the account owner rather than second-hand a week later.

What Attribi does not do for agencies

The gaps that matter most for this audience, so you can weigh them before you sign up rather than discover them afterwards.

There is no view across all your clients at once

You switch between client workspaces; you do not see them side by side. This is not a missing screen, it is how the product is built: every query is scoped to one workspace and enforced at the database level, which is the same isolation that stops one client ever seeing another client data. A portfolio roll-up would mean relaxing that, so it is not something we can add cheaply, and we are not going to imply otherwise.

There is no white-label option

You cannot put your own logo, colours or domain on the dashboard, and you cannot remove ours. If a client logs in, they see Attribi. Some agencies are fine with that and use it as a reason the reporting is independent; if you need the tool to be invisible, this is not the tool today. There is a custom tracking subdomain on the Enterprise plan, but that points the tracking script at your client domain and does not rebrand anything a person looks at.

You cannot pull the data into your own reporting stack

There is no public API and no warehouse or BI connector, so Attribi numbers cannot be joined into a Looker Studio or Power BI dashboard you already run for the client. Data leaves through the destinations we build: a push into the client CRM, a push into Google Sheets, an outbound webhook, and CSV export. If your reporting is assembled in Sheets, that path works well; if it is assembled in a BI tool that expects to pull, it does not.

Each client workspace is billed on its own

Plans and limits apply per workspace, so ten clients is ten subscriptions rather than one agency account with pooled volume. There is no agency tier and no reseller pricing today. Worth raising with us directly if you are bringing several accounts, because it is a commercial conversation rather than a technical limit.

The stack we would put you on

These are the connections we recommend for agencies, not a list of everything Attribi connects to.

How it works

Frequently asked questions

Can I see all my clients on one dashboard?

No. You switch between client workspaces one at a time. Data isolation between workspaces is enforced at the database level, which is what guarantees one client can never see another, and a combined view would work against that guarantee rather than sit on top of it. If a portfolio-level number is central to how you work, say so early rather than late.

Can I white-label Attribi for my clients?

Not today. There is no custom logo, no custom colours and no custom dashboard domain, so a client who logs in sees Attribi. It is on our list, with no date attached, and we would rather say that than describe it as coming. Enterprise workspaces can point a tracking subdomain at their own domain, but that is the script your client site loads, not the interface anyone sees.

Who owns the workspace, me or the client?

Either, and it is worth deciding deliberately. You can create the workspace and invite the client as a viewer, which keeps the setup with you. Or the client creates it and invites you, which means nothing of theirs sits under your account and there is no handover argument if the relationship ends. Both work identically; the difference is who holds the owner seat and therefore who can delete it.

Can my media buyer get the recommendations without the client seeing them first?

Recommendations go to the workspace owner and to everyone on that workspace notification CC list, at the same time, so you can put your buyer on it. There is no way to send a recommendation to one and not the other. Nothing changes in the ad account from a notification either way; changes only happen when someone clicks Execute.

Can I get the numbers into the reporting I already build for clients?

Through a push, not a pull. Attribi can write lead and attribution data into the client CRM, push rows to a Google Sheet, and POST to a webhook you host, and you can export CSV. What it cannot do is expose an API for your BI tool to query, so a Looker Studio or Power BI dashboard cannot read from it directly. If your reporting already runs through Sheets, that gap will not bite you.
