Built for Real estate
A property enquiry costs a known amount. A buyer does not. Between the two sits a broker, a viewing, a negotiation and several months, and almost nothing that happens in there gets back to the campaign that paid for the enquiry. Attribi records the click that produced each enquiry, waits for your CRM to tell it what happened, and reports the cost of the deals rather than the cost of the forms.

Portal traffic, Meta lead forms and Google search all produce enquiries at a cost you can compare, so they get compared, and budget follows whichever is cheapest this month. The cheapest enquiries are almost never the ones that transact. By the time the difference is visible in the sales pipeline it is two quarters old, the campaign that produced it has been changed twice, and nobody can reconstruct which spend bought the deals that closed.
Your agents work the pipeline in a CRM. Your ad platforms report on form submissions. Those are two separate records of the same person, joined by nothing, and the join is manual: someone exports the CRM, exports the platform, and matches on email in a spreadsheet. It gets done for a board pack and not for a Tuesday budget decision.
A deal that closes in month five is attributed to nothing, because the platform attribution window shut in month one and the last-click report only knows about the retargeting ad that was in front of the buyer the week they signed. The campaign that actually found them, months earlier, shows a cost per enquiry and no revenue at all.
A developer running three towers and a broker running four developer accounts both need the numbers separated by project and then re-combined. Media is often bought in one currency and sold in another, which is where most reporting tools quietly produce a wrong single number rather than admitting they cannot produce one.
When someone arrives from a Google or Meta ad, Attribi records the click identifier against that visitor and against the lead your form creates. It is written into your CRM as a field your agents can see, so the link between the buyer and the campaign is part of the record rather than a cookie that expires. Five months later, when the deal is marked won, the click that started it is still attached.
A qualified lead is whatever stage your team treats as qualified, and a deal is closed when your CRM says it is closed. Attribi reads those transitions and reports cost per qualified lead and cost per deal against the campaign that produced them. The numbers are your pipeline, restated by source, rather than a second set of conversion counts that disagrees with the CRM your agents actually use.
Qualified leads and closed deals are uploaded to your ad accounts as conversions carrying the deal value, so the reporting inside Google Ads and Meta reflects transactions rather than form submissions. What the platform does with that is a separate decision you make: mapping one of those conversions as your bid target, or moving the target down the funnel, are actions you take deliberately, and Attribi never takes them for you without a click.
Each site or project is its own workspace with its own tracking, its own connected accounts and its own reporting. A developer keeps towers separate; a brokerage keeps developer accounts separate. Where media and revenue are in different currencies, Attribi reports each currency on its own rather than converting them at a rate it invented.
The gaps that matter most for this audience, so you can weigh them before you sign up rather than discover them afterwards.
Attribi has no call tracking. There are no tracking numbers, no dynamic number insertion and no call recording, so an enquiry that arrives as a phone call rather than a form is invisible to it unless your team creates a CRM record for that person and the record carries an email or phone number Attribi can match on. In a market where a large share of enquiries are calls, this is the biggest gap on this page and we would rather you weighed it before signing up than after.
If you buy media in one currency and record revenue in another, Attribi shows each currency on its own line and does not produce a single combined return figure. This is deliberate: summing two currencies under one symbol produces a confident number that is wrong. It does mean the single headline figure some teams want is not there.
If you run Attribi from your CRM with no tracking script on your site, your qualified leads and closed deals are uploaded but the initial enquiry is not. Your ad platforms will show fewer conversions than your CRM shows enquiries, by design rather than by fault. Installing the tracking script on your website closes it.
Revenue is read from your CRM when a deal is marked won, at the value recorded there. Pipeline value, expected value and probability-weighted forecasts are not used and are not shown, because a forecast uploaded to an ad platform as a conversion is a number nobody can reconcile later.
These are the connections we recommend for real estate, not a list of everything Attribi connects to.
Ad platform
Google Ads offline conversion tracking: send qualified leads and closed-won revenue from your CRM, so your account sees CRM-verified outcomes, not just form fills.
Ad platform
Meta Conversions API for CRM: send qualified leads and closed-won revenue from your CRM to Meta server side, with hashed email, phone, and Instant Form lead IDs.
CRM
Pipedrive attribution that reads won deals by status rather than stage name, uploads the deal value to your ad platforms, and writes campaign data on the person.
CRM
HubSpot ad attribution in both directions: campaign data is written onto the contact your reps already read, and closed deal revenue is pulled back out.
CRM
Salesforce offline conversion tracking: won Opportunities upload to your ad platforms as revenue, matched on email and phone, using your own stage names.
Attribution accuracy
Your ad platform counts the form fills its pixel saw. Your CRM knows which of them became revenue. The Truth Gap measures the distance.
Closing the loop
Send qualified leads and closed-won revenue from your CRM to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft and Snapchat, automatically, with no spreadsheet uploads.
No script required
Run attribution with no script on your site. Attribi reads leads and revenue from your CRM and uploads the outcomes to your ad platforms.
There is a LeadSquared connection in the product, but we are not recommending it and we have not published a page for it. Its revenue import decides a deal is won by looking for the word "closed" in the stage name, which means "Closed Lost" is read as won and lost deals are counted as revenue. That is a real defect we are fixing, not a limitation we are describing. If LeadSquared is your CRM, tell us on the call and we will be straight with you about where that stands rather than connecting you and hoping.
The click identifier is stored against the lead when the enquiry arrives and stays there, so the length of the cycle does not degrade the match. When your CRM marks the deal won, Attribi attributes it to the original campaign regardless of how long ago that was. The one thing a long cycle does change is how quickly you accumulate enough closed deals for the closed-won stage to be useful as an optimization signal, which is why most long-cycle accounts work off qualified leads instead.
Attribi does not track calls or messaging apps. If your team creates a CRM record for that person with an email address or phone number, Attribi can still match the eventual deal to a click when one exists, but it cannot tell you which campaign produced the call itself. If most of your enquiries arrive that way, this is a genuine limit and you should weigh it before buying.
Yes. Each one is its own workspace with its own tracking key, its own connected ad and CRM accounts and its own reporting, and you switch between them. There is no combined view across workspaces, so a portfolio-level total is something you assemble yourself today.
It works better with the tracking script installed, because that is what captures the click identifier on every enquiry and gives you the full journey. It also works without it, reading leads and deals out of your CRM and matching on the click identifier your existing forms capture plus hashed email and phone. The CRM-only mode does not send the initial enquiry back to your ad platforms; qualified and closed-won still go.
